As some of you know I have had my neutered male for 2 weeks yesterday and got a new female joey and intact male on Sunday. I set up a new cage from Sadie ready for the new gliders as I imagined it would take a few weeks minimum for them to get accustomed to each other. On the first evening they had a sniff at each other and the female plus first male were all over each other - immediate friends, however the two boys were NOT happy and went to attack each other, so I kept them apart.
I decided to let the little female spend time with each male so that none was left alone. Now this morning I went to spend an hour with them and the boys were all over each other, sniffing and grooming each other whilst out, so Im wondering if the scent of the female on both of them has helped them to accept each other. They were having a ball this morning running around on me, playing on the book shelves and having fun - 3 all at once playing in my hair. I cannot believe how lucky I am, all 3 are mega friendly and all of them get along.
The first evening the two newbies were not impressed by the fruit, so I changed the ingredients last night and watched them both eat some off a spoon, seems they like egg with agave nectar and love figs, papaya, mango and apple.
So I would say I'm ultra lucky, they all get along quickly, all are eating and all jump onto me whenever I put my hand into the cage.

Some piccies of them
