hi im ash and we have just got our first suggie after a long wait!! we are currently looking for a mate for tinks although at the minit she seems to be loving the constant human contact from us, (shes very tame and so loving, we wernt expecting her to want to be with me constantly! its great) we are thinkng of her future so want to acuire a male, the younger the better so we can bond with him as we have with tink, although i think shes a special little 1! we are in the north east, newcastle upon tyne and there doesnt seem 2 be any breeders or rehoming shelters near us so if any1 can help we would be very grateful pics will be posted soonxxx

Hi welcome to SL.  Suggies do need companionship so a friend ASAP is a good idea Smiley.  It doesn't have to be an entire male though, many people find that neutered males make great pets, curious and friendly and no scent marking or territorial behavior.  Or another female, as you've just started keeping gliders I would advise you rush in and start breeding, they are wonderful pets in the right hands and unfortunately they are being bred excessively now Sad

Glad you like the site.  How old is Tinks?  If I remember correctly, Amalthea (Jen) also has a suggie called Tinks, and I have a suggie called Dinx Smiley

Officially, her name is Tinker, but I call her Tink usually. Grin

Welcome to Suggie Lumps!  Hopefully, you are able to find Tinks a friend quickly. Smiley

yeh im loving it! shes lovely. i wasnt expecting to get so much enjoyment from her, she was actualy supposed to be my partners thing but shes spending the most time with me! i think my dog was a bit jealous at first but now he isnt botherd, he was like that with all our 'new arrivals' wanting to know who was new to his house but he just forgets there there after a day or two, he lies with my rabbits now! a bit strange i reckon lol
