Smiley my sis often makes the leadbeaters mix 4 her suggies, whicheva version it is that she makes-pass!-wen i 1st got my 1st suggie the breeder gave me a tub of a leadbeats mix she was feeding+i continued to feed+inbtwn intro'd more fruit+veg, yogurt, grated cheese,raisins-lil tit bits, my 2nd glider was fed on fruit+veg frm the breeder,+my 3rd+4th had a diet plan. Just goes 2 show how altho fairly the same, fruit+veg+supplements, how the diets vary 2. I now have my suggies on the same diet, they have 2 spoonfuls of a fruit mix-kiwi,papaya,banana,apricot,few raisins, apple, figs with eith sum agave nectar or a splash apple juice, blendd, 2 spoonfuls of veg mix-carrot,watercress, sweet potatoe, broccli, sweetcorn+cabbage-blendd with sum glidercal or calc supp as that mix is higher in phos, and then i also give a spoonful of yogurt or fromage frais or grated cheese, and sum lettuce. That way they get blendd+tit bits 2 nibble. I leave a dish of iams in their cages at all times which they r really good with-they tend 2 eat their dish of fruit+veg+hardly any iams atall, but they there if they want them. Sumtimes i leave off the veg mix+will give sum celery, pear, sum tit bits that they dont have in their mixes,+occas as treats they get mealies+yog drops-but not 2 many treats. They enjoy the odd twirl of pasta or nibble of bread 2. Im a yogurt lover myslf+my kiddywinks love it,+so do my suggies so ive recently bought a yog maker which makes a litre of yog at a time-fruit flavoured mango, lemon, strawb, raspb, greek, all bio live yogs full of goodness+high in calcium. -so now my suggies do get spoilt! Lol! Am waiting to get hold of some gliderade. I sometimes give a small bowl of hf water :hf app juice which my gliders seem 2 love. Not sure wheth ok to give any other pure juices such as pineapple or grapefruit juice? Am defo pleased with my yoggie maker though!

avoid the citrus juices they will cause the squirts and possibly UTIs same goes with citrus fruit it should be occasional or as a treat if you need to give it, not too much banana either its very high in potassium, celery should be sparing as well as its very high in potassium as well. Personally I avoid grapes and raisins as they have been linked to renal failure (and death) in other animals such as dogs parrots and skunks so drop them if you can.

Not too much dairy as although they are not lactose intolerant they shouldn't have too much dairy (cheese yoghurt and stuff) I would personally drop that to once or twice a week especially if you give them yoggy drops as well (personal opinion here I know others feed dairy more and are fine)

drop leaving the Iams in the cage all the time, they should only get a max of about 25% protein especially if the female is not breeding (again I know others have a higher protein percentage fine this is just mine) so plonk the iams or any other protein source you use onto or mixed into your mix so that you know that are not getting too much protein, too much is just as bad as not enough.

sorry to be a pain I hope I have not come across as bitchy I just thought I would give you a little hand.
