Hi all, just bought some Chikoo fruit from tescos and I was wondering If any-one out there can let me know if it's safe for my Suggies. All I can get from the internet is that its a product of India and its high in LATEX (and I thought that LATEX was man made...?) Any way any help would be well recieved.
Mant thanks from Richard. Wink

I've never heard of it either, I'll keep looking for ca:p ratio's, I found this though

(Chikoo fruit is) A rich source of digestible sugar, the chikoo is rich in protein, fibre and minerals like phosphorus, calcium and iron.

Apparently people make ice cream out of it and when the fruit is damaged latex seeps out and that is used as a base for chewing gum!

Just call me wonderful!!! ... Chikoo fruit otherwise known as Sapota (apparently) and has a ca:p ratio of .... *drum roll* 1:1
