Please bear in mind, this is MY work, it is also copyrighted, you do have permission to give any possible new suggie owners a copy, or anyone that wants it really. Just don't alter any of the information it contains.

excellent care guide marie and dietry ideas for people, hopefully from this more people will realise the complete needs etc and food, vitamin suppliments that a suggie requires |

well, since hubby kindly decided to try and make computer faster by re-installing windows, he deleted my programmes, including the one i need to open that one!

yey! i got one downloaded at the colleges computer and used all their paper! lol
its really good marie, thanks. Im using the food chart thingy for my lot, will deffo order the Glidercal etc at some point this week! lol
its also going to be really handy when i go on holiday, for giving to the person glider sitting so they know the crack!
