nutra-glider is the same as gliderade, but it's made up with fruit juice rather than water, so long as you have one or the other that's fine.
Also your best bet is to probably to call an order in to the shop.

Just to confirm - I live absolutely miles away from your shop and it is unlikely I will ever be down that far south.... I haven't got any suggies (yet....) and am in the process of 'research' (i.e. spending alot of my spare time on here!! lol).
If/when I decide to take the plunge - is it possible to purchase items from you via e-mail and phone?

yeah. i live millions of miles too, i live in the northeast of england and i ring up. the delievery is fantastic. i ordered mine in the morning and they arrived by the following morning.

Nutra glider is slightly different to glider ade in that it contains acacia gum and gliderade doesn't. I'm short of stuff again - the exchange rate is HORRIFIC!!!! I may have to put my prices up a little bit UNTIL it improves. Yes Bex - mail order is not a problem, most of the glider sales are mail order anyway  |

I doubt the exchange rate is going the get "better", Marie... Cuz the value of a dollar is increasing... Notice it started happening as soon as Obama entered the White House. It's now almost what it was when I first moved here back in 2001.
