I kept my first ever gliders in my bedroom... If the noise doesn't bother you (which is doesn't), then feel free to do so Now my gliders live in the critter room.

Before I had as many as I do now, I had gliders in my bedroom, I'm a deep sleeper so their nocturnal activities didn't bother me! In fact, i loved having my suggies in my bedroom, they would be out all evening until I went to bed and I got up at 6am to let her out again! :sg:

Judging by my rats, which make a hell of a lot of noise even without an exercise wheel, sugar gliders would drive me barmy if I had them in my room! Maybe if you're a heavy sleeper, but the only thing I keep in my room now are my lizard and my snake...and the snake even keeps me awake sometimes! I guess it depends on how heavy a sleeper you are. And what if you get a barker like Suggie Mama?
Remember if you have bright lighting in your bedroom you dont want to hurt suggie bears eyes!

i used to keep both my bunch of rats and gliders in my bedroom but as i am a light sleeper it was hell for me. and for my partner as i am a b***** with no sleep. we soon moved them to another room and everything is perfect lol

I had mine in the bedroom but they can be a little noisy! Also you will inevitably have a funny smell no matter how much you clean the cage! I guess it depends how big your room is but mine had there cage next to the bottom of my bed. Definitely better in a different room. Yu can always take them into the bedroom to play.

oh, an air filter, yes i guess that would work, i'd never thought of that option, although to be fair i like my glider smell!
