just wondering do they prefere to eat from ground level or higher up?

Some people feed in dishes on shelves part way up, others feed on the cage floor under suggie kitchens or chin kitchens, and some utilize the dishes that hook onto the sides of the cage. Feeding under a suggie or chin kitchen is the least messy.
