Just wondering what is the most amount of gliders you can keep in one cage together ?

That depends on the size of the cage....  It's like asking "How much water can fit in a cup?"

They live in large colonies in the wild with more females than males, in captivity all males should be neutered to avoid fighting.  As Jen said, the number depends on the size of the cage.
