I purchased my gliders from Loulou in December 2007. I bought 2 males, both of which had  been neutered. One kept his pompoms, the other didn't (good though for telling them apart at the beginning!)!

Loulou was super helpful before I bought them. I think I had to wait about 2 months before I could get them so that they were old enough. Because she was so good and knowledgeable we travelled 5 hours to come and get them!

They have been amazing. We haven't had a single problem (touch wood). They are both super friendly. They were also well trained before we got them, e.g. happy using a water bottle.

I haven't needed any aftercare but I know she would always help me out should I need it.

If I were to ever buy more then I would definitely go back.

I bought a pair of suggies off of Lou three months ago and was so happy with her helpfullness and the little ones!

I was introduced to the parents, and she was more than willing to answer any questions i had! She obviously cared who her joeys were going to, which made even better when i got to take them home!

Considering she lives quite far away and it took a good 3-4 hours on the train, there were *a bit* crabby on the way home, but now they are the most bonded gliders i have They rarely jump off of me, and if they get too far away they come straight back. I'm definately certain that handling them at a young age and her mannerism counted towards that.

I had troubles with the vet who neutered my little boy, but she was really helpful in offering knowledge about the family health and her experience. Luckily he's fully back to health now!

Lou and RaY were both lovely people to meet and fantastic glider (among other animals) owners. To me it made all the difference to buy from a breeder that really cared about the animals and would buy from them again without hesitation.
