Froggie

Hi sorry i know this is a suggie forum but i wanted to post on here rather then rfuk as you tend to get the third degree there and 21 questions.

Today at about 13.40 i found my whites tree frog in his water bowl under water unfortunatly dead. i had seen him feeding about 20mins before so was very random and although i had issues with him at the start hes was doing alot better and <3 his waterfall i recently put in. he was active early this morn which isnt unusal for him he tends to stay up for an hour after lights on and stare at me walking past till he disappears into his plants on a leaft (usually taking me 5 min to spot him)

he was sat on the side of his water bowl and a 2 crickets had landed in his water bowl and he looked asthough he was taking amusment in watching them swim round looking very hungraly at them saw him grab one and left him to it 20 mins later i walked past and couldnt see him on his water bowl so was had a look around the leafs untill i looked down and saw him in the water not moving fully submerged. he had been sheading by the looks of things when i got him out he had got his hands tangled in skin i would presume under the water and couldnt get out and appeared to have drown in less then an inch of water (sorry about the detail im still trying to get my head round what happened) unless his the jesus frog i think i wont be seeing him again. im sadly going to miss watching him as he was in my room and kind of the feature of it but now the tanks all turned off and looking very gloomy.
