every night since i have had my gliders, i wait until they wake up, when i hear them chatting to each other i go to thier cage with yoggie drops at the ready, i open the door they both jump out onto my knee they both have a tickle and a couple of yoghurt drops each, they have a wander around the outside thier cage and they play you can`nt catch me on top of the cage for about 10 minuits steve has to come and catch them sometimes or sometimes they go in on thier own, they are  more content playing on thier own in thier cage, is this normal? they like being in thier pouch  most days too i

mine dont come out every night, only about 3-4 times a week. i find that if they are out EVERY night, they tend to sleep down my top while they are out and i dont class that as out of cage time.

try cutting down their out of cage time. they will appriciate it more when they do come out.
