I'm slightly concerned/confused about Pumpernickel & Muffin's behaviour... They've been doing this for a few days & don't know if I'm worrying about nothing?
It's most often Muffin (girl) but I've seen Pumpernickel (boy) do it too. Muffin curls up close & it looks like she's chewing Pumpernickels tail, &  sometimes the back of his head. He doesn't seem to mind as he doesn't make a sound or push her away, so I don't think she's actually biting him. Do gliders get fleas? I haven't seen any hair loss on any of them, & though its mostly Muffin doing it Pumpernickel does return the favour sometimes.

Are they just grooming/scratching each other or is something else going on? Undecided

It sounds to me like mutual grooming, just keep an eye out for overgrooming.  Overgrooming is less like bald patches and more like broken fur.

As for fleas, they CAN get external parasites but it's not common on our captive bred suggies, bearing in mind that fleas are species specific where could they have come from?

I figured that it was probably grooming as they seem to really enjoy it  Smiley
There's no hairloss or thinning either.
They are soo cute doing it  Grin
