i awoke in the early hours of the morning to a distressed mr scarmbles, mumma and kiwi, wondering where coconut was. My heart racing i went to the cage to find my little princess rigid and dead, after what i think may have been a massive seizure, her face was twisted, tongue hanging out. My baby girl was only 8 weeks oop, and i loved her dearly, she used to lie on her back let me rub her tummy, came absolutely everywhere with me and was the most trusting of all my bubbas. I am absolutely devastated and feeling extremely guilty that i couldnt get her to the vets sooner, i should of noticed the signs and i put it down to hiccups Sad (im an absolute idiot Sad ) Her little sister kiwi is very distressed and i dont know what to do with my little glider family.

Please can someone give me some advice Cry

RIP Baby coconut, i will miss you so much.

I'm sorry for your loss, the only real way of knowing is to get a pm done by your vet. As with any animal or human not everything is born fully healthy.

Poor coconut!  There is no way of knowing it was a seizure - she could simply have choked after wolfing down too much food.

i have her little sister in my jumper and she is doing just fine, they are a lot more quiet than they usually are though, im just so gutted about little coconut she was such a cute litte joey and really affectionate Sad x
