It could just be that they still have testosterone in their systems, and once it has completely gone they MAY be alright. It's hard to say for certain if it will stop though as all gliders are different and, unforunately sometimes they don't get on.

I think for now it's best to just keep an eye on them and see if it calms down in the next couple of weeks. Maybe move the cages slightly further apart aswell? Depending on how close you have them.

Have you been swapping pouches etc so they become used to each others smells?

Definitely keep swapping cage furniture.  They'll still have testosterone in their bodies, like Bert said, but not every glider will like every glider he/she meets (just like people).  I've never had any big problems introing, though.

I'd (personally) just swap pouches etc.

Swapping which cage they are in could possibly be stressing them out, as they are in another gliders territory full of smells they aren't used to. Swapping small things like pouches won't be as overwhelming to them, as the rest of the cage will still have their scent to it.

It could actually be the cause of the problem you're having aswell, as they are bound to get a little crabby with each other if they are in each others cages every so often. Even if you throughly scrub the cage clean before swapping there will still be some slight scent of the other gliders.
