Hi there

I have researched gliders for some time now and feel ready to now look into finding a couple - exciting!!!

I have noticed ALOT of people out there selling gliders at the age of 18 months etc... (presuming they did not do their reading before purchasing!!!!), there never seems to be any babies out there Sad

So, I was wondering... how hard would it be to tame gliders that are slightly older and have already been cared for by someone else?

Next, I have found a few people that are selling single gliders... I was under the impression that it was a general rule of thumb that gliders have to be kept in at least pairs.  Please can someone confirm this also.

Many thanks

People selling single gliders are either irresponsible keepers, or responsible keepers selling a single ONLY if it is to go with another glider / s. But yes, gliders MUST be kept in at least pairs, preferably a trio.

I got all of my present gliders at a few years of age, the youngest being 18 months the oldest being 6, and i found no issue with them bonding to me. Infact, the eldest, is the most loving little glider ive ever known.
