Can someone tell me the amount of gliderade to use ? im on maries diet which alternates all the vits daily. The packet says a ratio of 1:5 gliderade to water but dont know how much the 1 of gliderade is !

Hi, a teaspoon of powder to 5 teaspoons of water per pair is fine Smiley.
