Hi guys the couples are finally seeming to get along we have a few hours in the new cage they're going to share every day and there are now only a few scuffles, however two of the gliders will climb out and head back to their own cage after a while as though they've had enough (they're a couple). I don't force them back to the cage as it's usually food time anyway so let them go and finish up for the day.
When the four go in during the day time they usually pick different pouches and just sleep or the couples stay together and go to sleep.
I'm unsure as to when i can just leave the four together they seem ok but there are still a few scuffles? how do i know when theyre fully bonded? I've only ever bonded them one on one before and seem to struggle with this one! just don't want any injuries! any advice would be great  Smiley

With groups there will be scuffles every now and then.  I'd wait until they start to snuggle up altogether until saying they're bonded.  It's not something I'd normally recommend, but have you tried putting a couple of drops of vanilla food flavoring on each of them?  The American's seem to have success with this method.

They have curled up a few times however after a little while a scuffle will break out and theyll jump ship and find somewhere else to sleep i havent...if all else fails i shall give it some thought i'm thinking of putting them in the larger cage and if they seem to be getting ok leaving them in over night and sleeping on the couch just incase i'm just worried about them hurting one another

i decided to put them in the large cage and try sleeping on the couch overnight everything was fine they were up and mingling well till at about 3am the Mylo and Bella (an established couple) attacked Luna... she was limping so i whipped them all out and put them into their own cages....decided to try again all in the spare cage in the afternoon so they woke up to it, a bit of play time then settled down a few little tisks ( i noticed it was luna again maybe being defensive??) Then Bella jumped onto luna to bite her and the scuffle began again Luna got a bite on her tail so i decided to end it there and put them back into cages.
I'm not sure what's causing the fights as they got on with Luna's partner Loki fine, Luna does seem very defensive towards Mylo the male of the other couple though. Bella is smaller than Luna so i was quite suprised to see how she went for her....any advice would be great at the moment we're going back to swapping pouches and taking it slow  Sad mummy's too stressed!
