Hello,

I have read gliders bond well with other pets. I am getting a rabbit which will live in a hutch outside but will come in to play. On a night I would like to sit a cuddle him but this is when we have the gliders out. They will NEVER be left unsupervised together, so would it be ok to get them out at the same time? We have 2 2yr old boy suggies.  (not neutered but looking to get them done)

It would make life much easier if we could, but i am concerned about the gliders behavior, they can be little gits when they want to be! The rabbit is a netherland dwarf, so really tiny. and if i kept him on my knee i doubt he could do any damage to the gliders. I am more concerned about the gliders upsetting the rabbit. My mums springer spaniel recently came into contact with them (caged) and they scared him to death! funny really as hes usually so brave! haha.

Any advice appreciated, especially from those who own other pets as well as suggies.

Mine arent bothered by my hedgehogs when their running around but for some reason Taio (male suggie) has taken a dislike to my male Ground Squirrel.  He leapt off the cage and darted at the squirrel, who bolted for the cage door!
For that reason i now do not let them out together. When you look at a squirrels teeth, you just know that the Glider is going to come off worse!
