Just thought I'd post this out of shock really,

been calling vets all week trying to find the best (closest & most experienced) place to have Tazan castrated, today I had a call back from one who 1: queried WHY I wanted him done, 2:quoted me a ridiculous price and 3:proceeded to lecture me that he shouldn't really BE castrated because they should live in a family group so its fine for them to breed - no thought as to how many joeys I would end up with and where they would all go!

This was advice from a VET surgery!
If it was my dog, I bet they wouldnt be advising me not to castrate eh?!
