haha you can try making a "dining room/kitchen area" where you can put the food. All you need to do is get a tupperware pot and cut a hole in the side that they can get in through and voila no more mess!! however, if your gliders are like mine then they not find their way back out again lol I have to make do with the mess lol

Or you could put a cover over the cage protecting the wall from the little mosters.  I personally don't like the glider kitchen things, it's too much of an enclosed space if squabbles start.

Or put a curtain rail on the wall behind the cage and hang a plastic shower curtain (as long as little glider fingers can't reach it)

Last time I painted the wall I covered the bits behind the glider cage with clear sticky back plastic - this wipes down much easier.  You can buy it in B&Q.

Yes, it doesn't look the loveliest, but the room belongs to the gliders and they don't care!

hah its cute, i watch mine picking through their food and 'chucking out' what they dont want.  I have made 2 x special covers made to measure from a pair of cheap black curtains, great, when one is been washed the other one is ready to put onto the cage.  Goes with the deco in my room as well.

The food is liquidised when I feed it, its normally biscuits that get thrown but in the mornin the remaining food in the bowls looks like little dried brown mushy balls. It didn't go in like that, they must have maybe sucked all the liquid from it, or theyr the bits that get spat back in as my wall is covered in little brown mushy balls x

mine do throw their food, they tend to pick some up, eat most of it and then flick it with their hand-shake, almost as if theiy're trying to get something icky off them hehe

I was knelt down hand feeding one of my girls a biscuit once at the bottom of the cage when a chunk of biscuit got thrown out from the top and hit me on the head. Looked up and saw Peeka staring back at me, little maddam!x
