Don't worry too much, there is rarely problems with first generation inbred, lets face it, it happens all the time in other animals thanks to man's quest for what they perceive to be perfection.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's ok to do, it's not, but it's not your fault so don't feel bad. You were not informed and you're not psychic. As Mark said, get he boys snipped and carry on as normal.
