No panic cos I haven't even got any gliders yet, I was just looking at all the different foods and dist recommended/suggested on her and wondered is it ok to freeze everything
example, if i chop up lts of fruit and bag it up in portions also veg at the weekend is this ok as long as i give plenty of defrosting time, i will also feed fresh fruit and veg but there's not always time so freezing left overs would be a help.
any suggestions welcome

What most people on here do is blend up about a week's worth of food, then put it into ice cube trays and freeze.  Makes it easy to get out portions.
