Just wondered what portion sizes you guys use per glider?
Using cubes of premade food mush from an icetray, I was told that 3 cubes between the 2 of my girls would be fine when I got them with them only being young. I know feed them 2 cubes each per night, along with 5-6 Iams each (started with 3-4Iams). There used to always be food left over in the morning, now i'm noticing the bowls are clean when I wake up.

Should I up the food intake? If I increase it will they eventually start eating all of that and need it increading again? I don't want fat gliders lol, Mine look great and have grown alot, they look bigger than they are cos they're so fluffy. I haven't been able to weight them as I cant keep them still long enuf, I wouldn't say they were underweight at all but I've never held any other gliders to make a comparison by. I know they are squirmy to pick up and surpised how hard they are to keep hold of (making me wonder if they were a little thin).

How big are your portion sizes per glider?x

I've only had mine two week and started off by giving them an ice cube size each ( each ice cube was just over 2 teaspoons) and there was a little left over, so I was wondering the same, think I might up mine a little. Mine also have 5 Iams each.
Can totally sympathise with them being wriggly little urchins, mine will sit for a couple of seconds on my arm, but as for catching them to take them out the tent, forget it!!

If they're cleaning the bowl out then yes, increase the amount you give them.  Can you weigh them?  A weekly weigh in would be useful to tell whether they're gaining weight or not.

Easy peasy!!!  Do you have a pouch you can zip shut?  Get one suggie in zip pouch, weigh it, release suggie, weigh pouch and subtract pouch weight from total weight.  Smiley
