So, might be a daft question but why change the habit of a lifetime, can we use flash on the camera? a lot of pics I've seen have red eye or look really bright as if flash has been used. I've not been using it n my pics are crap!
Only reason I ask is coz it makes me blink a few times n my eyes aren't nocturnal!

Hi
I use the flash to take suggie photos.
 don't take too many photos at one go as they don't really like it (the flash that is!) I cant see how it would do their eyes any harm even though they are nocturnal, my dog and cat hate it too!

I use the flash all the time.  I tape a little bit of white paper over the flash so the picture doesn't wash out, but I also don't take a million pictures everyday so they don't have any problems due to the flash.  Smiley
