i have had the biggest surprise this afternoon with the birth of my fist set of glider twins.

so if anyone has any helpful views about the care of my newborns please let me know.

tee hee I can identify with surprises, phil and lil werent supposed to be able to breed after their bad start... even marie said that LOL!
and well after 2 years together...lightening and runner made an appearence

all went to the vets and got snipped including dad....
and then I returned from haiti... to find a peanut in lils pouch... turned out the vet had misunderstood and only snipped the baby boys... either that or someone got looked at twice... it had never occured to me to doubt their snipping!

and then phil and his baby were snipped.... and well he (phil) had obviously been active just before.... as lil looked fat and couldnt possibly be....
yep she surprised me with the final pair of twins startle and chance!

all the best with them, its amazing time of hope (so cute) and fear (so vunerable)!

I nearly have had heart failure several times! especially the night all 7 escaped at 3 am... my housemate is scared of them... so she left door open to run up to tell me...was terrified they would have got out into the rest of the house from the back room... they hadnt

I do still have them all!
but am adverstising on here! to see if anyone would like the boys
(no one seems to want adults though which is a real shame as they are cool guys... and tbh we allknow joeys dont guarentee a close bond, it takes work whatever age!)

7 is a bit tight for the cage, and for me
as I have limited freezer space too!
I also think like any young lads, they kind of want to be free of ma and pa!
and occasinally jump on each other!

still love em and smiling just re reading and remember my surprise... of you have to be kidding me... lil can not be pregnant she must just be fat... porker.... oh
how the heck!
etc
