Diarrhea?

Woke up this morn to find puddles of diarrhea the bottom of my girls cage. I think it has only come from one of them as I cleaned it yesterday and there are also hard poo's there too. Checked on them both, they seem normal. All the food is gone, saw them both eating last night. I don't know what could have caused this as I haven't really changed their diet, other than adding citrus into this weeks food. Could that be it? I know oranges are supposed to make us be able to go ...
Obviously worried about them getting dehydrated as I guess that could be the most dangerous outcome of diarrhea in small animals. I dont know which one it was, but i've made up some gliderade this morning and theyv both almost finished it so there doesn't seem to be anything wrong as I can tell.
Should I be worried? Or should I give them non orangey fruit tonight and see if it happens again?x

I'v never given citrus bedore and they seemed to do fine without it. Last night was the 1st time they'v had it. Just thought i'd try em see if they like it. They did, it all went, but 1 of em went abit runny lol.
Theyv both drank the whole dish of gliderade already so I don't think I need to worry about dehydration. Think it may have just been the orange that upset her tummy
I did notice 1 of em was abit grumpy last night. I hand feed them their Iams on a night time, to help with bonding really. They never crab coming near me, just happily sit on my hand eating and spitting bits back at me. Theyr so gentle when they take food from my fingers too *well impressed with that*
But last night 1 of em was abit crabby, and instead of sitting on my hand she tried to bat the Iams out of my hand with her paw. I held it until she took it from me but she wasn't as careful not to bite my fingers (she didn't but she made no effort to try not to) and then ran off with it. Today she's back to normal.
Im guessing this was the one with the upset stomach and that was why she was in abit of a grumpy mood? Poor little mite. They must have liked it tho cos both bowls were licked clean this morn. Don't wana risk tryin it again tho incase she poos like that again. Cant be good for em! It did shake me up when I saw it this morn ... and the smell is pretty grim lol

Yeah, I'm guessing it was the citrus. Mine only get citrus fruits on rare occasions as a special treat. Too much watermelon seems to give mine diarrhea as well.

One thing to always remember is to make sure their cage 'isn't' directly next to your sofa- unless you're happy with an increased number of 'squidgy-bombs' being fired at you...!
