Hi all, I've found a pair of gliders which I could keep with my little girl (male and female). They are fully tame, and have bred in the past. I'm a little worried about my girl, as she is still underweight. What sort of weight is safe to keep with her? (she is 65 grams at the moment). Also they are located in Buckinghamshire, so I'm hoping to get a courier, does anyone have any recommendations?

The general rule of thumb is, the smallest suggie should be around two thirds the weight of the largest, so you're looking at 95-100g.

Thanks Marie, they're 80 and 85 so quite small, so think my little girl won't have to be lonely too long

My personal opinion is that you should go and visit your gliders before you buy them and courior them, to check on them and their health and to see how there paresnts or owners are. I wouldnt sell gliders that went straight to a new owner by shipping them either.

Hi Mark, I would do, unfortunately I don't drive and it's really tricky to get down there. If I could get there and back, there's no way I'd be using a courier! I've asked for photos and a video though, and the current owners seem pretty responsible, they asked me a lot of good questions.

Yea i had to could'nt find any near me at all, it was last choice but it went well. I was happy that all was healthy courier was trust worthy realy glad i made the choice now, but understand why people shouldnt but these are one of the small amount that you can trust, still getting texts asking how there settling in but overall if i had choice i would'nt do it.
