Dee is a huge asset to our Admin team. And even if I do say so myself
, we have a very strong team, there's a vast amount of knowledge and experience between the 3 of us. And Lou also knows how to work the admin'y bits so that's a bonus - lol!!
But also, we're not afraid to try new things, I get sick of seeing posts on other boards saying things like you must NOT do this else they will die! Well, if it's THAT serious then fair enough, but I do/have done alot of stuff that others don't agree with basically because they're stuck in their own old methods and aren't willing to consider anything else! In order to progress suggie keeping we need to try new stuff (obviously we MUST think through the procedure first) or how else can we move forward? I like to think of us as pioneers
