Up until now, bonding has been going good. Since I got my babies 3 month ago I've still never been bitten. They rarely crab, only sometimes when I put my hand in the pouch. I can touch them, tickle them, hand feed them INSIDE THE CAGE. Had no luck with them outside. I let them run around the living room (glider proofed) and they would sometimes run upto me, sniff for treats and then run away. I've NEVER been able to hold them without a struggle outside of the cage ... UNTIL TONIGHT!!
Went upstairs, took their pouch out of the cage as they were still snoozing in it. Gave them a little tickle and began feeding them their Iams. Thought i'd try my luck and attempt to pick one of them up and hold them in my hand. To my amazement I was allowed! My girl just sat there as if she'd been picked up a million times and happily chirped as she munched and spat biscuit over my fingers. Chuffed to bits! Massive step for me!
