Hello, Everyone.  My name is Linda Sardou, aka LSardou on the Glider Forums.  I'm from Marion, Kansas.....where the wind never stops blowing.   Grin

I have been a guardian for two awesome sugar gliders, Sam & Choco.  They have been a part of my life for almost 7 years.    My world would be an empty shell without these two precious babies. With each day I feel blessed by their presence.  Grin

I have extensive experience  working with individuals who are in need of assistance with their Sugar Gliders.  I take emergency calls 24/7, set up educational programs, and conduct fund raising projects to help Rescues.

In addition to serving the glider community, I also started a program geared towards stopping the sale of sugar gliders in Malls, Trade Shows, Fairs, and Flea Markets.

I'm happy to be here, and hope that I too, can be of some help to everyone here.

I just wanted to add that about 4 years and 3 months ago, Linda helped me tremendously over the phone.  She walked me through putting an e-collar on my self-mutilator (Lan) after his neuter and calmed me down a great deal while I was freaking out beyond belief.  She is a very knowledgeable and sweet person who cares so much about gliders.  My Lan has her to thank for being here to this day as much if not more than myself.  He's an injury self-mutilator and has not been injured or hurt or had surgery since, so he is doing fine and only had to be in the collar for about a month after his neuter.  The emergency vet said it was lucky that I had caught him and put him in an e-collar when I did because he was very close to destroying his internal organs.  Anyway, that may be slightly offtopic, but I will never forget Linda's help and advice or how wonderful she was when I needed it so badly.  Thank you, Linda, for being you and for helping us when we needed it.  Lan and his family thank you, too.  *hugs*

Many, many hugs to you Brenda.  I think of Lan quite often, as I do all our precious babies.  I'm so happy to hear how well that sweet little fella is doing.  Thank you, for the lovely words.  ((HUGS))

OT:  It wasn't until yesterday, that I saw on my FB page, that it was your BIRTHDAY last week.  I'm here to say that I hope that it was as special of a day as you are.
HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY!
