Hello everyone, My husband and I are Sugar Glider newbies. We have recently moved to Edinburgh Scotland from Canada/USA and re-homed three of our dogs before moving. We both were missing a bit of fuzzy love so have done hours and hours of research and will be bringing our joeys home on November 26th. (A boy and a girl-no names yet). We both have extensive experience with dogs-actually, we both have guide dogs-but are a bit nervous about handling an animal we are "book smart" about, but not necessarily "street smart" about. Looking forward to learning a whole bunch.  |

Thanks everyone. Our boy is going to be neutered as soon as we get him and can get him into the vet. I'm a big supporter of altering all species of animals, unless specifically kept for responsible breeding. Plus, we don't want any babies with two tails because their Mama is their Aunt as well.  |

We live in the north of England, not too far from Edinburgh, and I was wondering which seller you managed to find for your joeys as we're having a lot of difficulty finding genuine sellers in this region?

Hi The breeder we found is located in the highlands of Scotland. She is also a user on this forum. Her screen name is "Munchkin" and she has been incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. She sends us photo updates every week of our little fuzz butts. Once our names are final we'll let you know for sure. |
