So our two little ones came out of pouch a few days ago, and they are absolutely beautiful little things. Obviously now there will be the obligatory photo posting for you all to drool over, so here's a step by step joey log:

A fist emerges....clearly this suggie will rule the world some day!

Zelda by this point looks like a christmas bauble as the babies are so big

Pouch pretty open - you can see a leg or a face every now and then, and tails are always popping out

an inny-outy baby is spotted...

...and mumma can barely hold them in there!

Sinbat comes out laden with a picky-backing joey

Zelda having a pine nut, and me taking a sneaky peek at the joeys

They can still just about stay in pouch though

Finally OOP mumma chills with the babies (she keeps "singing" to them which I love)

and here's one of the little ones feeling sorry for herself. She was attached to Sinbat when he came out, but he dumped her on me when he saw food! Bless her! Was a little worried at first as I know handling joeys early on can increase chance of rejection, but I put her back in with mum and she was fine -think she was happy to have had a bit of time off

!
I'm pretty sure we have one girl and one boy, I was confused at first as they both seemed to have little willies coming out of their cloacas, however only one had a little button on their tummy. Not really sure what the willy-like thing is, but the button-less one definitely has a pouch
