Have had to put a link up as pictures are too big to upload. This is the bump that hangs down when shes on all fours, still trying to figure out if she is carrying or not but dont want to have a feel as i know it can detach the joeys

It's a little hard to tell from the position that she's in. You can 'gently' feel along her side(s) as this will not disturb the joeys. Once the joeys have attached, they can sustain normal activity inside the mothers pouch. The only time that they would dislodge would be if she were to take a hard fall, if there were something wrong physically with the joeys to where momma would reject, or if someone were to force ably pull on the joeys.
If this is your first time experience, I strongly suggest that you read the following information on Breeding and Babies. You will find just about everything that you need to know.

Thank you for the information!! If she is then it certainly wasn't planned and therefore too entirely sure what i should be looking for etc. Only got them a month ago as they were needing rehoming but was in the process of booking him in for his op when i began to see "signs" x

One of the most important aspects in taking care of a pregnant mommy is to make sure that she is getting 'extra protein' in her diet, along with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. The better she eats, the healthier her joeys will be. Also, try and keep her environment as stress free possible. The two major reasons for joey rejection or cannibalization will be stress, or lack of proper nutrients in her diet. Also, is she with the Dad? If not, you will need to be prepared to assist her as much as possible once the joeys are OOP. The Dads role is equally if not more important in taking care of the joeys once OOP.
If she is with another female, you will need to keep a close eye on them both, as sometimes when one female is pregnant, the other sometimes will get jealous and try to harm her babies.
Keep us posted on how things are going, and if you are in need of immediate assistance please don't hesitate to contact me. Not sure of your location, so calling might not be an option for you.
Good Luck, and lots of Hugs.
