I ve been using gliderade for my girls but have run out. I got a huuuge bag of nutriglider when I was doing my first big shop. The girls looove gliderade so I'm hoping they'll like the nutri glider with the amount I bought (maybe a bit keen of me) anyhoo, I mix the gliderade with 5 parts water. Nutri glider says to mix with fruit juice. Am I able to mix it with water instead?? Plus how many parts water to powder if I can use water instead?

I believe the ratio for nutriglider is 1 part NG to 3 parts juice Smiley I dunno if you can mix with water rather than juice though

Cool. I really wanna see if I can use water instead. I ordered it but now think I should have ordered gliderade instead!

Try it and see if it's palatable to them.  There's nothing in it that would be harmful if mixed with water.
