Wet rear end?

Hi again! As some may know I have a poorly female. She has a bit of respiratory and a swollen non useable arm. She is on metacam and baytril so fingers crossed. She is seeming a little betterand eating on her own a bit but I am still syringing fruit puree into her (she takes really well!).

Anyway, her bottom and around her tail is really wet but not from poo - more pee I would say. Any ideas and should I be worrying about this as well as her other problems. Por love
