hello

i think you have alot to find out and read up on if you arent sure on the basics.. Make sure you kno what they are like before you go into owning one as they are pretty addictive and take up alot of your time Smiley cute little critters.

Captive bred Gliders are all the colour no matter the country. Grey and white. There are slight variations on this but its only wild ones that can be brown and white.

You can get colour morphs but not in the UK. Uk gliders are all the standard grey and white with the full black tails and stripe. Some have a brownish tinge, but in general, its grey.

I dont let any of mine mix with my other animals. Had a incident once when a chinchilla jumped behind their cage and the gliders ripped its ear! My mams dog was great with them, but never made it a habit of having them out at the same time.

They make fantastic pets if you put the time in, but their diets are the hardest to get the hang of. Have a read through our stickies! Smiley x

Hi Rebecca, welcome to SGF.  Have a look round the forum as there is lots of information from some very experienced people.   Cheesy

As has been said already, only greys on offer in the UK at the minute, there are lots of colour morphs in the US but they're expensive to bring over and then there's the 6 month quarantine.

I keep my suggies away from all my other pets.
