So my girls obviously dont hate me as Tink the active one bouces all over me, tested to see if I was just getting used as landing pad and hid in corners of corridor and she'll come find me and cralw on me there (felt really loved and not just a fill in for a tree) Luna will snuggle down my top all night, both will take treats happily from my hand, jump onto me if I put my arm out n they want in that general direction and I can eventually pick them up to put them back in the cage (when I get them) with no crabbing but lots of wriggling, and they do have me on a wild goose chase til I can get them.
Neither will let me sit antstroke them though. If I put my hand down my back (tricky at best of times) or in the ratoob to stroke them, they mostly just move away or sometimes crab a bit n then bugger off. When down my top they will groom my back or groom my hair. I have had a few times when one will let me stroke her a little bit.
Any tips on making them less scared of my hands?
I don't feel like I've rushed anything. Had them since July, is this normal? I know you shouldn't go by youtube, but there's vids of people tickling tummys and just sitting stroking them. I want to tickle tummys  Cry
I do love that they groom me tho (when it's gentle) coz it makes me feel loved and not just a meal ticket lol

oh, and I view out of cage time as time for them to 'spread their wings' a bit. Most times they do bounce about, climb door frames, run about on ropes, jump around and play on their toys but sometimes, Luna especially, just wants to snuggle. After half an hour or so, I get her out my top and put her on the trampoline or something, but she just goes straight to a big piece of fleece I hang off one door (for them to get to the ropes), she goes behind there n hides. I give in, take her back out coz I'd rather her snuggle with me and my smell etc. Is this alright, I'd rather her get some outof cage exercise but You can lead a horse to water...

Hold a treat in your fingers, something like a slice of apple that you can hold on to.  Position it so they have to sit on your hand and eat rather than grab and run off.  Do that a few times and then slowly start to move your other hand towards her, if she jumps or moves then back off a little.  Be fluid and smooth with your movements, don't be jerky or fast.
