Just ordered 3 lots of silk leaf, flowery vines for my suggie cage! I'm wanting to go completly natural (funny as i've just bought FAKE plants) lol, but i'm so excited! I've got one that has red roses one, one that has white roses on and the other is just leaves. Got a bid on a very large cork branch. It looks about 3ft tall and it's hollow, which should be intesting!
Marie, quick question if you read this, how did you attach your branches to your viv? Im just wondering what to do with the base of it to stop it falling or slipping. Could I glue a little underneith if I was VERY careful?
The base of my cage atm is just hardboard. Was hoping to get a few hollow branches, possibly glue them to the floor somehow and then cover the whole floor in shavings. I'm gona cut out a whole near the base of the hollow branch so that they can climb in there and crawl out of the top, rather than them trying to dig their way to the bottom and risk getting near the glue. Is that safe?
