Colour explanation: Citrus shouldnt be fed more than twice a week Superfoods - what it says lol Protein - The Iams used are the Iams 1+ cat biscuits (If you are from the US I recommend researching a different high quality cat food as US Iams isn't the same quality as the UK one). I haven't tried them yet, praying my guys actually like Rosemary! I didn't realise it was so good for them, and because the usual favourite stuff is normally quite low in calcium it'd be good to use Rosemary and Papaya as it gives you a lot more freedom with whatever else you want x

i actually really like this idea aswell. i know when i first started if found it soo confusing working out how much of something everyone needed, especially if you chop fresh fruit and veg every night rather then do a large portion and freeze....

How are you adding the rosemary? Same weight as the other veg and fruits, its a very woody strong flavoured herb

Ohhh didn't think of that, I'm guessing it weighs a LOT less than most fruits/veg With the rest I weigh the lightest ingredient and then use that weight to measure for everything else. Maybe just use half the amount of rosemary (halfing it's value so losing 2.4 from every recipe) and adding something that is roughly 2.4 to take it's place. A fig maybe *calls for help* MARIIIIEEEEEEEE

Do you make a batch? I'f so it's just trial and error on how much you make. Depending on what I use, I put all the ingredients into same size amounts and then go from there. Sometimes it makes about 6 days worth, sometimes 10days worth x

If you added the same amount of rosemary as other stuff it wouldn't work, and would cost a fortune, I think adding the same if spinach would also be impractical. I add the odd bit of spinach to a batch, and if anything has to strong a flavour you have to be carful. My group like parsnip taste but small bits of parsnip will strongly flavour a batch possibly making yr gliders not eat it.
