Well the feeding aspect of gliders is the part that confuses me. I dont really understand it. I read alot about feeding cat food, fresh friuts, frozen veg mix and things like that.

can someone post like a week feeding chart? like monday dar dar dar... tuesday....

Also what supliments should i use, in what quantity? and how often?

Why do people freeze food? is it to preserve it? do you thaw it?

Could you add any helpful tips

thank you

I have a post in here somewhere, I think its titled 'how does this sound'
Read that I did a weekly plan and people advised me what to change and what to add etc.

People freeze it as by the time you get through all the fresh fruit it may of gone off, its easier on the night to prepare instead of chopping it all etc.

yep - freezing is easier to jsut to pop out a few cubes on the night and also as catherine poitns out - it keeps the fruit fresh.

Also - dont worry - diets confuse everyone.

Have a read over some of the posts like catherines and you'll get an idea of a weekly "plan"

You want to maintain an overall calcium to phosphorus ratio of 2:1 so take a look at the ratios of different fruits and veggies in the stickys in the diet section.
